At Moore TK, we believe in the potential of every woman. Moore Women, Moore Growth was founded in 2025 by three dedicated colleagues, Katrin Schramm, Kristina Widmann, and Steffi Láng, and is our shared, accessible network for visibility, development, and mutual support.
The network empowers women to contribute their strengths and perspectives, actively shape their careers, and assume responsibility within the organization. Through mentoring, exchange, and targeted support, we strengthen individual development as well as the collective growth of our firm.
