What are the challenges?

The digitalisation of business models and the processes on which they are based concerns the whole value-added chain of the enterprise, and it has a direct influence on the roles, organisation and processes in the financial sphere. To ensure the success of the enterprise as well as the fulfilment of statutory requirements, organise their departments more effectively and efficiently, and deliver added value as a service provider within the enterprise, there is increasing pressure on finance departments to develop innovative strategies with the aid of digitalisation. The reinforcement of IT competence in the financial sector is indispensable for this, and the holistic view and optimisation of the processes are gaining more and more importance.

Our approach

Business process management and optimisation are pivotal measures in the implementation of the digitalisation agenda in the enterprise. But the entrepreneurial core processes should be structured holistically, i.e. end to end. A fundamental prerequisite for process optimisation is an IT system landscape which is integrated as seamlessly as possible and enables a fast and efficient exchange of data with harmonised data management, i.e. clear structuring of master and transaction data so that the processes in the financial sphere can be carried through with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
