This year's Moore Global European Conference took us to Malta – and offered not only an impressive backdrop but also an intensive professional and personal exchange. Our colleagues Felix Holderrieth, Kevin P. Brusa, Caio Casiraghi, and Katrin Schramm represented Moore TK on site and took the opportunity to deepen existing contacts and establish new ones.

Under the motto "IMPACT," the focus was on forward-looking topics such as technological efficiency improvements in everyday work and innovative approaches to business development. Particularly inspiring was the panel discussion on "Breaking Barriers" for women – a format that provided important impetus and that we at Moore TK intend to actively support in the future.

Whether through workshops, walks through Valletta, or shared dinners, the conference once again demonstrated how closely the Moore Network connects, not only professionally but also personally. With many new ideas and perspectives in our pockets, we look forward to the next steps with enthusiasm.
